  • Designing Efficient Heterogeneous Computing Platforms.
    • Developing unified memory systems for easy programming and efficient data sharing across multiple XPUs (CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs) through both system-level and micro-architectural support.
  • Designing Emerging Accelerator Architectures.
    • Improving the efficiency of accelerators (GPUs and NPUs) through thread scheduling, resource management, and memory system optimization, especially for future multi-chip designs.
  • Designing AI Frameworks for Heterogeneous Computing Platforms.
    • Developing system-level frameworks for future AI workloads, with a particular focus on maintaining a balanced trade-off between cost, performance, and energy in heterogeneous computing platforms.
